changing my down pipe
 

hey i got a stock s13 91 im trying to change my downpipe but i cant because theres like this other bolt thats attached to it and i cant get it off i would take pics but i cant find my camera it.ill try my best to describe ok its like a metal tube and it goes into the down pipe

yeah that was it but umm nevermind i put everything back in and took it to a exhaust shop and they did the whole job for 60 bucks under the table
