Power loss.
 

Wondering if anybody has ideas or a solution.
Car: 1996 240sx with s13 sr20det.

Symptoms: Key in "on" position: normal power, power to ecu, etc. If I try to start the car it clicks once or twice then a buzzing comes from fuse area in the driver's side kick panel, then power cuts off. I have to disconnect the battery and wait for a couple of minutes, reconnect , then power comes back on.

I have a brand new battery in (battery is relocated in the trunk) terminal connections are good; don't see any issues with fuses. I'm stumped. I just want to start her up and go for a drive!!!! Appreciate any help.

Check your grounds., not just at the battery but where it bolts to the chassis, engine grounds aswell

Have you bench tested the starter?
