s14 sr20det blacktop vct noise?
 

Ok I've searched and searched and can't find the answer.
Just installed this engine for my son in his 240sx
It whistles at idle when warm, not cold and only at idle.
It seems to be coming from the cam position sensor area... The engine runs fine tho.
Checked all the intercooler fittings vac leaks ... I know it's from the vct at the valve cover.

Any ideas???
