NJ RB25 240sx Build up...
 

Wassup guys been on here for a while figured i'd share my Rb25 build...

Ok so i have a S13 Hatch that's being built for Time Attack/Drag and some Autox...

The original plan was to build a KA but i've been through my share so i figured i'd go a diff route... " Motor Swap " thought about and chose the Rb... Ok now to so Pics...

I brought a daily so now it was time to get cracking... Pulling out the Old faithful...

The next week i got cracking on stripping and cleaning the bay for paint...

After grinding and sanding here's the final result of the bay... ( Rustoleum Metallic )

With the bay finished for now i turn my focus to the inside of the car... Doing a little weight reduction...

Next i started stripping off all the undercoat for chassis welding and repaint...

Motor specs: Rb25det Series 2
The goal is to make the most power possible without a stroker kit... the Block was bored .40 over hot tanked, honed, Crank knife edged ( stock)

I ordered my pistons and Rods... Mahle Pistons .40 and Manley Turbo Tuff Rods and ACL bearings...

The head recieved a full race port n polish and angle job... All parts for the head are Tomei

Tomei Oil galley Orifice 1.5
Tomei In/Ex Valves
Tomei Dual valve springs
Tomei Poncams 265
Tomei valve guides
