'96 s14 "No title" sale in San diego
 

hey guys, found this car fs on cl here in san diego. it's a sale with no title, so i thought i might post it here incase it's a stolen vehicle.

i know it could be a legit sale, but there's always a chance it could be stolen.
so here's the ad: 96 Nissan 240sx S14

if you know the owner and it's legit, just say so. don't need to flame. but if you know someone with a car like this, you should probably tell them.

its got cali plates, so there must be a title somewhere.

Don't matter if it's got plates, there's only two stews holding plates, they could have put a plate from a different car, happens a lot in Chicago

Anyone that might look at it, just have him meet at a police station, or call the plates in before purchase. Title 42 isn't that expensive... Just a waiting game, and if you arent in a hurry to resell it, that shouldnt be a problem.

and one of the things that sets me off is the fact that he lists modifications done to the car, including rims, but doesn't include the brand. while i know some people do this, they don't generally do it for every part. doesn't seem he knows much about the car. he could have easily googled kits for the 240 to find out it's a wings west kit.

but that's just my opinion.
