Sr20/PFC: ECU not getting power
 

HELP!!!

ECU NOT GETTING POWER...

-I went through the entire FSM procedure to test the ECU/Engine harness grounding and power, continuity etc.
-With power on there is no power to pin 49/59
-All grounds going into the ecu have continuity
-tested the ECCS relay (bench test and swapped in another.
-car runs and starts by hardwiring the relay.

Am I missing a ground somewhere?

Here are my assumptions (please correct me if I am wrong)
-ECU is fine
-wiring/engine harness is fine
-relays are fine
