S13 Convertible Top motor Leak
 

I took my top motor apart and I noticed theres fluid leaking into the electrical side of the motor. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this and can offer some advice in what bearing or seals I can replace to prevent this from happening.

third picture is that a seal inside that locking o ring?

Also, any convertible repair shop should be able to source them* or rebuild it. I have the same issue as well, a local shop said they can fix it. Now, I just gotta pull it.

how much di dthey quote you I think i can fix it myself i just need to know what seal needs to be replaced and where the hell is it lol

It was like 2 years ago... Can't recall, wasn't more than $200.
