High idle

When i turn on the car and let it warm up it idles at 2k. there sre two vacuum hoses that go into my intake from below the throttle body, the smaller of the two, if i disconnect it from the intake and plug it the idle drops to 900. What might that mean?
Edit: sorry for the lack of info lol just trying to explain the unexplicable

What does the other end of that hose go to? Is this an sr20 or ka?

Idle is controlled by airflow. Find your air leak.

Sorry for the conplete lack of info, its a stock ka24 dual cam. In a 92 coupe
