SR20 Clutch won't engage
 

So I picked up a Silvia today, and the previous owner said the clutch is out. It's had the slave cylinder replaced(because he thought that was the issue), but the clutch won't engage at all. The trans feels fine, but you can run through the gears with the motor running and the clutch out. I've had cars with bad clutches(slipping, etc) and I would assume that you would feel at least a little engagement. There's none at all. Any suggestions?
