Extra Hand for Rebuild in MN
 

Hey guys,

Just bought a 95 s14 with sr20det redtop swap and a few bolt ons. Anyways, sr is out of commission now and I'm taking it apart and gonna rebuild it.

Just wondering if anyone in MN wants to give me a hand with the project!

dude not to bust your chops but replacing is cheaper and faster than rebuilding. you could buy another engine and just swap it in for like $2000 to $2500. thats if you get a shop to do it. you already got the wiring and everything there. it's just plug and play. then you could take your time building a monster on the side wit the engine you pulled out.

thanks for the link man, i think imight do that... if i buy that engine it comes with the ecu, wiring harness, motor and trans

so all id need to do is get belts and an oil filter, correct?

sure... or you could just buy the engine no trans or ecu and get it cheaper. if you already had a sr in the car then the rest should already be there. all you need to do is swap the engine.
