1990 z32 safc1 install need help
 

Ok so i have a 19090 z32 na. that im doing some mods too. and i just installed an safc1. everything works except i cannot access the low throttle setting to adjust it at all, it does just skips it and its not lit up very well.

So my question is did i hook up a wire wrong cuz i double and quadrupled checked it and to no avail. so i cant adjust it or does the car have to be running and started in order to access it.? or ?????
