S14 Turbo owners, Intercoolers and crashbars.
 

How many of you guys still have you crashbar in place after you installed your intercooler?
I could not get mine to fit for the world so now my new crash bar is my intercooler...
Any one else running this crazy setup?

you mean bumper support (alot of people cut them to fit)??? wtf is a crash bar?

crashbar is the same shit dude, its your main means of proctection when it comes to having a front end collision

i cut mine, only have the ends left on the car, I think it was like 3 foot section or something gone.

You can get a IC that is large enough to cool upto 450hp below the 'crash bar'. A big ass IC is for looks and you shouldn't care about the support then.

Its weight reduction anyways

On a serious note - if your car is a street car you should weld a tube infront of your intercooler to protect if you pulled your factory bar
