NH New England area. Long story short, kid gave me a low down payment, made his own bill of sale, then sold the car after he was done beating on it. Don't want to get the law involved, I just want my car back. If you have any details, let me know. 6033392734.
Details and such
White 1990 nissan 240sx (black roof). Ka24e. Cheap aftermarket "exel" wheels. Lowered with Isis hr pro coilovers. Straightpipe to fartcan. Hockey puck motor mounts. Black interior. Around 130,xxx. Windshield has a crack (drivers side lower half) aftermarket sunroof. Drivers quarter panel was 90% bondo. Inner half of car was painted white as well. Aftermarket headlight housings with blue xenon's. Front and rear strut tower bars. Overall shitbox, but it's more sentimental than anything. Believe current owner doesn't know the situation. Just want to buy it back. So of anyone knows where it is, I'd appreciate if you let me know

thats not what i am asking. Where is the title? whoever has the title has the ownership of it if it is in their name.

The past 2 owners haven't had one, so I don't know where it is.

Thanks for the update. You don't need one in nh. And I just don't want to make a hassle out of it, I just have parts in that car that I could use on my coupe.

If you want the car back you are probably going to have to bring it up to the law and come up with some way to prove that its your car. If you go take it from that new owner with no title it is very possible that you could be charged with the theft as well.

Down-payment on a $2k car sounds sketch to begin with.

I started this to see if anyone knew where it was. Not to get bashed on. The guy that bought it off me was a rich prick and pretty much said fuck it and sold it for 300 bucks with 2000 worth of parts on it. So I was just gonna find the guy and offer him money. Not that big of a deal. If you have nothing but stupid things to say id rather not hear it. Clearly you guys don't know the laws in nh.
