a-pillar interior confusion.help.

I have a 91 coupe and just bought a-pillars. Are they universal?? I swear they don't line up with the holes:/ anybody have any ideas? Seems like the clips too high on the pillar.

Turns out I'm missing those metal brackets with the holes for the a pillar clips. Someone pm if you have some extra.
