just cut the brown wire

Like roninwon said. Snip wire turn lights on. Hit button. Turn lights of. Hit button over and over till it sets where you want it.

how can you see at night time with the headlights pointing at the ground right in front of the car?????

You tap the headlight button again and they'll flip completely open.
