Anyone ever had their harness worked on from them? I'm going to be doing a CA swap and they offer the conversion service. I would like some feedback, thanks...

Yury used to do the wiring for Heavythrottle waaaaaay back in the day. Their services are top notch.

if you get your harness done by yuri:

1. you do not have to spend hours on end trying to figure out why your newly swapped SR doesn't work.

2. you will not burn down your car because of shitty soer connections and poorly insulated wires.

3. everything will be nicely done and your harness will look oem.

4. everything will work (abs, gauges, etc)

if you have any doubt what so ever with wiring your sr/rb/ca into your s13/14 get your harness wired by him.

He also has great customer service... If you have any questions, just ask him and he's more than willing to help you out.

Build time took awhile due to out of stock, but great product and prices. Yury offers the best customer support of any business I have ever dealt with! 7 days a week all times of the night! Would suggest their harness to anybody!

I had my harness done by him almost 5 years ago, to this day still no problems.

I wired my first harness back in 2001 with their wiring pin schematic and car ran perfect up until I replaced it with a proper harness from Wiring Specialties last month. Figured it was time for a prettier harness. Great customer service, fast communication response, fast shipping, and brand new oem looking harness.

Although i didn't use the conversion service, i did get a swap harness from them, they were quick, informative, courteous and up front....

When i got my harness, it was well packaged, a great fit and fired up first try...

I picked up a s13 to s13 SR harness from him a few days ago. I did not have a single problem, and neither did I have to customize the harness in anyway. He went out of his way to allow me to pick up the harness on a sunday night around 8pm. Super legit company.

awesome! i bought one late last year and followed the SR ultimate wiring guide and stripped down the harness to only the basic needs and tucked everything. works and looks great. some wires are not the same color as OEM, and compared to oem you need less wires to run the engine because WS from what i recall splices coil pack power in with sensor power.

I ordered a harness from them 4 yrs ago and when i got it installed my car ran real rich and then turned off. I couldnt figure what it was.
I then took it to Jeff who worked at heavythrottle before. He told me it was the harness wired in wrong so I lost almost 1200 on that fiasco.
I dont know who was lying, but whatever its in the past. I see that you guys have been getting better now which is great for you, but i will never go back. I even decided to wire my own cars now. I guess thanks for making me learn how to do it on my own

Blueshark, our apologies for any problems you have experienced. This is the first we are hearing of a harness wired wrong. R&D efforts on our pre-made harnesses have been done heavily and we have since increased our product quality to very high levels.

Apology accepted, I'm kind of glad it happened actually since it helped me learn to wire. I have to look at the positive in it.
Its all in the past and im glad that you are doing well after so many years. Im sure if i would have sent it back things would have gotten resolved but at that moment things were out of my hand.

Im surprised that you have not expanded in doing ls and 2jz wiring

no doubt im getting my CA harness from them, its to well priced...i just need to get my funds together...

We get asked about it every once in a while. It has always been in the back of our minds but at the moment we have our hands full with some other new harneses that we are working on.

Sounds good Dalaz. We are pretty excited about the CA harness. Seems like it took forever to get to production but that was because we ended up having to make our own connectors for them. The pre-orders are up now where you can save a few bucks.

if i send my harness to you can you just replace the connectors needed ? :ughd:

im glad you guys exist, i hate wiring. I know for a fact that ill be going through you all when i actually figure out what motor i want (thats the hardest part) but ive seen you guys in the 240 world for years so i cant wait to place my order for one some day.

240's have been in my blood for well over a decade now. Long before we started Wiring Specialties we were involved with the 240/SR scene. At this point, we are never going to leave.

15 more days till my harness hits the US...any word yet on how long after till its shipped?

Ordered mine last week, talked to Yuryi on the phone and he was able to answer any questions I had on mind with confidence. Took exactly on week to get here so we will see. I had a friend who ordered one and it looked like a new harness so I am pretty excited about this since my new motor comes in today as well

Ordered my harness from them last year for my swap. Harness still works perfectly, it was just plug and play, I have no complaints.
