05 350z no signal to starter
 

Need help can?t find out why I have no signal to my starter I picked up the z as a shell & been putting everything together & just hella stumped it has a brand new started benched tested also swapped relays & ignition switch kick panel on driver side starter fuse is good lights up & can hear it switch on when key is turned all the way also hooked up starter straight to battery engine turns over no problem I go under the car to test if starter is getting signal I have a friend turn the key & nothing any help would be really appreciated but can?t think of anything else would a bad ecu cause this ?
