New to Utah

Hey guys just moved from Atlanta to salt lake and brought my s14 with me. Needing some help with emissions and safety inspection. I didn't realize the are strict out here. I have a 96 240 with s14 sr20 swap. Kouki front end and pretty low. Any help would be nice. Pm me if you like. Will post pics soon.
