The kit is brand new, and is 100% authentic Chargespeed. Front bumper, side skirt, rear bumper.

I have a pair of Bride seats for sale.

Bride Zeta III Type-L bucket seat
Red
in great condition, but being that it is a red seat, the seat fabric isn't 100% clean. Maybe 95% clean.

Bride Brix II reclinable seat
Red
in great condition. A bit cleaner than the Zeta III.

And:

S13/14/15 driver side FG seat rail (for use with above bucket seat)
S13/14/15 passenger side MO seat rail (for use with above reclinable seat)

And:
Takata MPH-340 harness (4 point long)
2008 FIA certification. Expired in 2008 but you can use harnesses for as long as you want.

The last picture shows two small scratches on the right side of the rear wing. The wing is already painted black so if you have a black car, it's a perfect bolt-on.
