Damn, it's been almost 4 years since I took that picture.
I still miss it, sometimes.
So many things unfinished about it though.

anyway here was mine.....since, i've hit a deer, sold the kit, projectors, and fmic. got factory bumpers, bricks, and hmic. new wheels are in process and moar low is planned too.

Thats common in Japan for old school aero bumper coupes. Its for increased airflow and cooling. Makes sense and looks good in my opinion.

Do OEM s13 silvia aero side skirts hang lower than the frame rails?

Are you talking about the Ends of the Skirts? Or the Whole Sideskirt in general?
