I'm from Cali and on the road relocating to golden in Denver! (I know WTF am I thinking right?) what's the scene out here like? Any good meets or events? Any love for slammed s-chasis or ppl who actually work on their own shit? Hmu I could use sone pals lol. My 2 coupes will be arriving tomorrow haha

the scene here is great, in that its small, in that its not overcrowded with fanbois and people who are out to steal your shit like cali (ive lived there.)
its tight knit, everyone in the drifting scene knows everyone. i wouldnt trade it for anything

Agreed. Drift scene is pretty good. Huge meets on the weekends. Bandimere test n tune everyweek. I can't wait to move back. I'm in OC right now.

Plus a great plus is the cops out there arent complete nazis like they are here in California. Thank god i have colorado plates still.

Yea I wish I coulda been able to check it out a bit more but the job I moved out there to do fell through and had no choice. Was looking forward to a fresh start. But it's all good. Might take a trip out there later this year and if so maybe something legit will be going Dow. That I can attend in my beater lol

where are all the meets at is it only in denver i just moved out here months ago but still tryin to think of a reason to bring my hatch from cali and i live in the springs

The scene in the springs is great!!!! You have the street racers who meet up at the SAMs club on academy, or they meet up at the best buy up by the chapel hills mall. Then you have the time attack people who race the garden of the gods!!!( invite only on that) and you have the drift scene, ( that's what I'm newly into) that has events all across the state and out of state. But it's awesome, don't get me wrong it's not some 1320 car meet, but just all kinds of people. Your hatch will fit right in with every other one that is here so cheers guys!!

Ahh!!! For sure man!! My problem with the scene here is some of the drift guys just seem a little shady. But it's all good. But ya man down in the springs we are alive.

just got my 240 to Colorado recently. i haven't seen any events going on since its been here. any word on some upcoming drift events. i don't even see very many 240s out here. sure does make me miss Texas

Yea, seems dead unless you go to the drift colorado events. The list isn't updated for 2014 events, yet. I am finishing my Vert now, hopefully rolling soon...

There a few CO folks here, but not a lot of meets.

yeah i haven't seen anything updated on drift Colorado i keep checking it now that the weather is clearing up.

I have a s13 Silvia rhd conversion in the Aurora area. I think i have seen one other 240 driving around thats about it.

I'm in aurora too. Only seen a few 240s and a couple of them are my friends. But besides that it's a rare sight !

2. All Cars must Pass tech inspection
3. All tandem cars must have a cage with door bars.
4. Ride alongs are welcome and free
