RB25 help

Anyone local to NoVa with an RB25? I'm trying to diagnose a wiring/ecu issue and would like to try another ecu to see if mine is defective. I can let you to try mine to run your car or vice versa. I'll throw money your way for the help. TIA!

Na, I ended up pulling the motor and selling the shell. Never figured it out :(.
