South of Detroit S13 Hatch Origin +75mm

Hello zilvia, i'm Austin, 19 years old living in Windsor Ontario. This is my s13 sr20 hatch. I traded my 350z for it plus cash after wanting a bit more of a project car.

Had some fun, drove it for about a week.

Frost plug behind the flywheel went.. Coolant coming out the shift fork hole. To top it off I left my phone on my dads truck and he left.

While it was down, i painted the interior white and mounted the wheels I got in the trade.

Did my cute lil star shit, drove it all summer, got hired at a new job afternoons 6 days a week so I didnt do anything.

Then fall came. Car went into the garage for a full tear down. Sold the xxrs.

With the help of my best friend Kurt a welder by trade, we did some tubs.

Dropped turbo and manifold off for an external wastegate setup.

Thats about where Im at right now. Sorry for the biggest teaser title ever, my overs arent here yet. Container was delayed a tad, iRace has told me mid february. Maybe by the time this thread gets thru admin theyll be here lmao:keke:

Basic plans include buying some wheels hopefully within the next couple weeks. Overs, fake bn kit, dmax hood, 326 wing etc etc.. Custom tails, stupid stuff. Putting a 350z dash into it..... Z32 + dual caliper, pbm hydro.. I could go on forever.

Expect pics soon! Gonna drop it onto wheels.

I have yet to update this thread because I feel stupid naming it after a set of fenders that have yet to arrive hahaha, 2 weeks away friends!!

what size are the fronts?

what size wheels?

They have to be right around 20". Those are massive.

What kit are you planning to match up with those overs!?

CAR MODIFY skirts would sit right at home with this! but depends on what front bumper you will be using... curious as to how this will end up!

The fenders are 75mm all around! Wheels are 18x10.5! Thanks for the positive comments. Bn type 2 rep kit is all I could scrounge up. Will be painted in the coming weeks

What offset are the wheels? Spacers?

Not using the blocks they give you so that the fenders don't have that sudden stop at the bumpers?

Interesting choice on the blow through mafs, rarely see that nowadays.

i havent been to detroit yet man the roads would eat my car!

the external wastegate dump tube is temporary as my fabrication guy is a good friend of mine and super busy in the rotary scene so ive been chillin even tho he hasnt finished the dump tube. thats also why i dont have a hood on.

just seeing this now - I have them, and plan to use them some day when I get a real kit and repaint the car lol. Cba to do all that bodywork for a car i learnt on and plan to destroy.

It kind've backfired as s14 stock maf does not like and the car runs pretty lean, but z32 maf and new tune this year should take care of that.
