Drift Scene in Huntsville, AL?
 

I'm moving to Huntsville in a couple months to start college and wanted to know what the drift scene is like in the area.

I love just south of Huntsville, and to my knowledge there's nothing official going on. If you find something out I'd appreciate it if you let me know.

every once and a while theres an event at a track called midpond in alabaster,al

I'm in Madison/Huntsville.

We have a few options:

Midpond Raceway holds drift days roughly one weekend a month. Schedule is posted on a month-to-month basis.

Nashville Superspeedway will have a drift day on March, May, and July this year.
Smokies Stadium had one event in February.

East10drift.com for info.

The rest of the East10drift and iTrack events are all 3.5+ hours away from Huntsville.
