Will a rear bumper from an s14 kouki fit a zenki? Is there a difference between the two?

no-the right hicas flange is different between the two models. you'd have to swap the entire rear quarter panel to get the mounting points to line up properly. which is only achievable by buying a specialized tool from nissan.

Wow sounds expensive. But the kouki tails will work on the zenki?

Kouki tail lights will fit the zenki for sure, never heard any problems with kouki bumper to zenki

I have a kouki rear bumper on my 240sx, Original owner did a rear bumper swap, Didn't seem to have issues installing it.
