Maf problem
 

I've searched every where and couldn't find a decent answer on mafs ,i have an 95 s14 ka with a 22680-70F60 A36-610 G70 4412a maf thats a 4 pin but the maf pigtail is a 3 pin

the car wont go past 3k unplugged, obviously
and runs like crap plugged

what exact maf would i need to get ?
