fuse box white cables

hello guys, I'm trying to fix this fuse box, these cables were cut, are these supposed to be grounded? https://imgur.com/a/DJg5PBB

No pic sorry but can tell u there 12v power.

If so concerned u can download the fsm for the year of ur can and skim thru the electrical section and trace those wires.

All three white wires (two small and one large) terminate at the positive battery terminal and require constant +12V, as mentioned above. I have a great picture in my photobucket showing my distribution block, but as we all know... Photobucket sucks... or I'm just cheap. :hey:
