Ok I dont usually help you guys but its easy get a GPS tracker with no plan you can find them everywhere cheap and it goes to your phone through an app with a warning circle if it moves and you can turn fuel cut on or off with a text. It's quite a good alarm I have had it for 6 years in a shady neighborhood and never had an issue with it being stolen but i have been broken into a few times. ( gotta love that shake alarm and fuel cut off. I picked mine up from a local wholesaler for electronics for $80.

As far as HID's go I bought mine online 6 years ago too for $40 for the kit and you can install it yourself it just plugs into the old headlight socket. Have had to replace the bulbs twice in that time frame.
