Whats the drift school about? Id like to learn on a track.

Usually we get a group of ProAm drivers out on the track to ride along with you to give you pointers. Often times there is a skid pad so you can learn maintaining donuts, figure 8's, etc. You also can do the full 3/8ths course and you can also ask for ride alongs with other drivers. :2f2f:

any more info on that drift school event?(ex:prices,times,blah blah?) Also I take it you use your car right? Or do they provide any?

^ There aren't any cars provided unless you have someone willing to lend you a car. Your car needs to pass tech. It's just a more relaxed day where you have drivers at EVD give you pointers. You do like figure eights and donuts to hitting the whole course.

It's fairly straight forward, ignore Roll Cage and 3/8ths Tandem Requirements unless you plan to throw a roll cage in by Saturday :2f2f: it's only for tandems drivers.

Lupe mentioned that tomorrow's schedule will be 12-noon gates open, track goes hot at 1pm and runs until 9pm! Dress warm! Hope to meet a few Zilvians out there! I'll be snapping photos in the pits between run groups.

Bump drift school is tomorrow. School is 10am till 3pm then switches to open drift runs till 9pm. $100 for all day.
