I just got a new chasebays harness from my buddy for my redtop sr20 but its setup for a 89 240 chassis and mines a 93 does anyone know what color wires on my chassis harnes plug go to what color wires on the chasebay harness chassi plug cauae I'm just about to splice them straight together

^^Why don't you just call Chase Bays & tell them the issue... Splicing them straight together is not the best idea.

I did they didn't really help, the guy I talked to didn't know what wires from there harness match up to the chassis wires then he just told me to research online, but I don't know where I would find that information, and I know its not the most preferred way but I already cut by chassis plug off that's how I was running it on my old harness

Send the harness to them with a detailed letter. Have them call you once they receive it so you guys can go over it together. They'll fix it and you'll keep the warranty if there is any.
