DOC Race is a new sponsor to Zilvia and would like to bring our High Quality Turbo Manifolds to the community. We offer many different manifolds including our KA24DE and SR20DET Turbo Manifolds. We also offer 6 cylinder manifolds for both the RB and 2J engines. We have spent years developing our manifolds and designing the merge collectors to get the most performance from your engine tuning.
DOC Race has a wide range of applications in-stock ready to ship. For custom orders we have a lightning fast turnaround time so no delay on your project. All of our manifolds are schedule 40 stainless steel. The materials and the welding process used ensure no cracking, we still offer a two-year warranty even though our manifolds have been known to outlive the vehicle. When the manifold has been assembled and welded, it is put through a final port and polish process to maximize exhaust flow. We also Build Custom Intercoolers for people wanting to make the most horsepower and not heat soak once you actually do a pull. Excellent customer service and awesome products... Ordered a manifold and they gave me updates, they built n shipped it out super quick. The customer service and sales rep Tyler, was really helpful with my questions about turbo sizing, injector sizing and whatnot., and hooked me up with a Precision turbo that met my goals and for a great price. I also purchased a custom intercooler from them which im super pleased with, my car had heat soak issues, and with their new core I was able to make more power with less boost, and could run my car at the track longer without heatsoak issues. Ill be dealing with them for sure on my next project!

We don't offer an coating but you can on your own. The manifolds are designed to withstand ceramic coating.
No VE manifold at this time, definitely looking to build one though. |
