Relay identification

Does anyone know what this relay controls?

I have a constant buzzing with ignition on, even after testing it with a new relay.

It is located behind the super junction box of a 1990 auto coupe (drivers side footwell)

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Sorry for bringin up this old thread, but do anyone know what the blue relay is? I have an loose blue and red wire from that.
