how do i tell which one is leaking??

pull you plugs out after the car has sat over night and before you start it the next morning..if leaking, the plug that is soaked with fuel would be the cylinder/injector that is leaking....

or you can take off your rail with the injectors, then turn the ignition on.. and you can physically see which one leaks..

Exactly, plus you should have residue around the manifold where fuel has stained the aluminum.
