Of course, the only reason they take apps, like now, is to make fun of people cause they are bored. then they post em in the FAIL section.
Your choice if you wanna risk that. I know being on Zilvia is an almost automatic fail, and most Zilvia members that think they know their shit or have some clout, get laughed right off.

I think they did it once a long time ago.
And they recently did it for Jack, but thats it I believe.
Otherwise their day would be filled changing peoples SN's.
