i have no idea on turbo stuff, with the wire stuff, what you can do its take off the fender and pull up the wire harness as high as you can and zip tie it so your wheels dont rape them. and just cut it where the rim is going up to,
so you should have enough space for the wheel only.

saw your thread about removing part of the fender lining. I want to roll me fenders and dont want any water/debris near my wiring harness, which as you know is right above the fender lining. Thank you for your time. Also, do you know which size fittings i need for the coolant return line on the block from the turbo?
