Me and my pops used ABS plastic sheets. They can be found in several thicknesses. They make a special glue for it the semi melt the peices together. The real nice thing is that you can heat the sections then hold them in a curve and when i cools it would hold that curve. Ill grap a digicam when im at my garage later today and take more pics for ya. Another part of the rear seat delete is sheetmetal shaped in sheetmetal break then ridges added with a beadroller to add stiffness then tacked into place (the vertical portions) then the tops where beadrolled and drilled so they go on with screws so the can be used for storage later on.
