st: Get a pair of wheels that you like, and put them on your car. Prime wheels, 15X8, -27 offst. Woops! They are 4 1/4 bolt circle. Thats why the lug nuts wont go down right..

nd: Take them to a machine shop. This might take a while. I went to Santee, the machining capital of San Diego, and it took 5 SHOPS, including one called 'custom wheels' that actually designs and builds custom wheels, until I found one that felt comfortable doing the job. After talking to about 20 guys named butch, phil, hank, bud, etc, I finally found one (if you're in San diego and need machining done, go to Jiffy machine shop in Santee. Good people, all racing enthusiasts). Tell them what you want. 4.5" bolt circle. If there's not enough room to do offset-pattern holes, then you're going to have to get the holes slugged, re-drilled and acorned.
rd: Wait a week or so.
th: Pick them up, slap some tires from javier's used llantas on there.
th: Shakedown on the freeway. If everything stays on and you dont hear any metallic scraping noises, then success!!
The results of my adventure:
