Ok so I got the wiring done, z32 maf and plug wired in, z32 fuel pump, s-afc to control it, all vacum lines etc, everytrhing should rock. However, it doesnt seem to fire up. checked ignitor chip, even got another ignitor chip from a friend and same thing, just cranks from the starter but doesnt fire up. Got fuel so thats not an issue. Pulled a coilpack out and stuck a screw driver in it and got it near the chassis to see if it sparks up, and it bearly sparks (not as often as it should). I followed this for the maf plug wiring http://www.az240sx.org/tech/mafs/z32diagram-correct.jpg and followed nissanperformancemagazine's write up on the harness wiring. http://nissanperformancemag.com/march04/240sr/ Anything I should check for? Im all out of ideas.

Check compression, injectors, coil pack, sparks, timing.

Check the timing on the CAS. That ended up being my problem.

got it running,.. just re-seated the ecu in the harness and changed settings on safc.

Good question tho, how the hell do you check timing on a car with coil packs? I think my friend tried checking it but the timing gun doesnt get a signal from these wires?

there's a black wire loop on the coil pack harness.
