Fedex will be used for shipping to HI.

All items will be ordered ASAP. Please take into consideration time for personal checks and so fourth. All VISA and MASTERCARD orders will be charged a 2.5% fee. Orders will be shipped from TX, UPS will be used for shipping, a tracking # will be provided to the customer once package ships. Please allow at least 7~14 days for products to arrive.

For credit card orders, please e-mail me for an order form. We will need a completed order form to be faxed to us prior to processing any order. I would prefer payments made via money order, cashier's check, or personal check.

Back ordered items. Stock will be checked prior to ordering, if a particular part is not avaliable, the customer will be notified before hand. If a check was sent, the check will be returned to the customer if they decide to cancel the order for back ordered products. For customers whom would like to wait for back ordered parts, it takes approx 4 weeks for special orders, please anticipate the wait, but also be assured that the product will ship as soon as it becomes avaliable.

S14 tension rods are currently backordered.

Well I got my T/C rods yesterday... Appear to be good quality and only took about 35min to install... Didnt get any tein stickers... my laptop is pissed off now.

well i talked to Ian this morning. He called me right back after I left a message with him last night. Looks like everything is good! I'm sending him my info tomorrow so i can get my Teins!!! He mentioned that other people have gotten their orders also, but haven't posted saying so, so there's more good news. I was cautious at first, since theres a lot of money being spent here, but Ian promised my stuff to me shortly after the transaction, and i trust him. He's giving us a great deal! Thanks again Ian!

Well just keep in mind that he's gonna be awhile with the orders. I don't know if I pissed him off or what, but I haven't heard a peep from him. I'm not saying don't order anything, because those are some good prices, but just be aware of the Lead time for your stuff to get to you.
