Stay away from this shop, The owner Ian Hannigan ripped off alot of people on a number of fourms....Don't let it happen again, spread the word.

wow, i wish i read this a while ago..this guy almost took me for 360 bucks...He kept on promising me parts and it never would show up...At least he refunded me my money...I guess i am on of the lucky ones.

got an email from a dc employee today, who apparently has a history selling honda motors and not actually sending them out, which someone else brought up in another dc thread. email was too funny not to post

Interesting. After I made my post, I also emailed his new business and got a reply as well as a PM on here. He asked me to provide him information regarding our deal and he would issue a refund. So I provided him with our PM history as well as the paypal information regarding the transaction. Hopefully he finally has come around and will issue me a refund as he says he will. I will post here on what happens.

He gives selective refunds if he might see gain from it. They both owe people money, one has a datsun 510 project, and spends a lot of money on alcohol and clothes, the other spends money on their GS300, S14, S13, Truck, House, and weed.

After a thread on a certain drift forum, ian finally paid off the admin's brother over 3 thousand dollars that had been owed fora long time in hopes everyone there would forget how shady he was since most of the people on that board are or know contacts wtih companies ian was tryign to deal with.

You actually talked to me not Ian, the wheels are a personal item I have for sale no affiliation to Ian, I guess that just shows how quick people are to jump on the band wagon and judge some one or make assumptions.

Yep head is junk. Just got it today and its a sad story. Intake valve seats junk, two valves broken off and froze in the guides, parts missing from the picture I was shown, and its a redtop head, not blacktop (my bad there).:duh: So I've got a head for sale in need of a rebuild. Perfect if you want to build up a head, but I'm not going to do that so lets say 100 plus shipping. :hahano:

As the auction states, the head was sold in "Cylinder head is in unknown condition" and we expressed before shipping that the condition was unknown.If you are interested a known condition head, please let us know.I dont see how much of what you put varies from the description.

Yeah, I realize that, but two valves broken completely off with corrosion all over them (or something white) are easy to spot, as is light coming through the intake ports... and I thank you guys for understanding and trying to make the situation better. I sent an email back to Mark.

Just recieved the replacement head, its a Blacktop head in A+ condition. He included everything but cams, rockers and lifters (and told me it was going to be a bare head!).

I don't know about your past experiences, but I'd say he has cleaned up.:eek3d:
