I am wondering if a flasher can be checked via multimeter. I realize that you can test for continuity after disasembling and looking at the flasher but I believe it could still be bad as in the resistor just doesn't flow right, whatever makes a flasher go bad...

I really don't know and I'm planning on checking it. How do they go bad?

Thanks

They go bad from wear, just like any electrical part. Apply power and ground, if there's no output then it's bad.

too young... unfortunately...:-/
Is the flasher in a yellow housing about the size of a half dollar above the clutch?

If not where is it/ whats it look like.

I'll send you a courtesy coke:2f2f:
