nikon coolpix 775 is a damn good camera...2.2 mpx and i dunno how long the movie is...prolly 15 seconds... <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'>
if you want something hella cool get a jvc digital camcorder for 1k or so...you can take stills and vids with sound (keep in mind that the majority of digital still cameras won't record sound)
otherwise i think the canon digital elph might have 17 second movies. its damn good too
why not just make your car go a 1/4 in 11 seconds? then you can get the start too! hehehehe

what do you think of the Fuji FinePix 2800 Zoom Digital Camera?
That one from what i can find out about it has these specs:
60sec of movie at 10fps with sound.
2.1 megapixel
for like right around $300.
does anyone have that camera?

I suggest the Sony Digital Handy cam. It has a memory stick that you can record 15sec MPEG or you can record 1 min movies from tape on to the memory stick. It also takes digital Pic. Like most video cameras it has night shot and super night shot. i have taken all my digital pics with it. My cell phone came with a 64mb Magic Gate memory stick and it works just fine in the camera. It has a hell of a lot of features but too many to list.

Sony DCS F-707! The best $1,000 I have ever spent. I sold it though to get my car <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('>
