Any tips on how to get the RUCA bolt out? It is the one more towards the gas tank, the one I think that is used for adjusting camber in the rear. I got the nut off but the bolt just will not come out.
Im hitting it with a hammer jamming a screwdriver in there and nothing

i would say try heating it up but with the gas tank near i dont know if thats a good idea. try a breaker bar.

the eccentric bolt slipped and is not lined up proper w/ the bolt. the bolt has a valley running along it. the ecentric bolt has a little point that should go into tha valley
you need to lie them up again and then you canslide bolt out
i sugged putting the nut back on and usinga breaker bar on the head of the bolt until the point lines back into the valley
then remove the nut and hit the bolt out w/ a hammer
been there donethat. just takes a bi tof time and patience and it willpop right out.

use rust penetrating spray dude it works all the time and do not use WD40 that doesnt work at all what people say. you can find it at any local auto shop or store. WALMART man hahahaha lol

forgot ta say that when you put the rust penentraign spray you leave on for like 5 ta 10 minutes. after that easy going.

Use Dousan's way, its the right way. just turn the other side of the bolt until it lines up with the valley so it can come out or else no amount of penetrating lube with help. Just turn the bolt and the washer will nudge up against the subframe so that you can torque it. Just look at how the bolt is shaped and how the washer is shaped and figure it out. This happened to me and it took 2 seconds to see what was going on. I trust you can do that same. Good Luck.

Baka!
To maintain topic flow, used the same method Aaron described when I encountered this problem. A little PB blast made it smoother...

Those can be a pain to take off. Sometimes its just better to cut them off with a sawzall. If you are lucky, the bolt isn't completely seized - in that case heat the bolt, and spray it with penetrating oil. The oil will sizzle and smoke, but keep spraying it and leave it to sit for a while. Then use a screwdriver or a prybar to wedge between the washer and flange, and hammer it in. Once the screwdriver is hammered in a little, turn the bolt so the washer rotates with the screwdriver still wedged in there, and slowly the rust will break lose and gradually you can get the washer to come off the bolt.
Its a lot easier to just cut it off though.
