Unfortunately, I did not receive the perfect service and got pretty impatient with my order. I Ordered a Zeta III Gradation w/ a 1-month wait expected. I know it wasn't Jay's fault, but I had to wait an extra month for the seat to get to me.

On a side note, I was almost shipped the wrong seat model (non-gradation) if I didn't PM him about it.

Otherwise, Jay did the best he could to accommodate me. My suggestion would be to improve relations & communication with vendors (Bride) to get more accurate pickup dates. Also, inform customers that for certain items shipped, they require a mandatory signature in person or else there's no way you'll get it.
