I am posting to get peoples opinions on Largus Sway Bars. This is for people that are actually running these sways on there own cars.
Like is it too stiff?
Snap steer ?
and so forth etc.

I have 3 friends with them, drove all thier cars, drove one of em for a week, drifted all of them.
They are awesome, stiff, I would worry more about coilovers being too stiff than swaybars.
Id say the same thing. These sways are pretty sweet. If you want to be concerned with something. Rethink your coilover spring rates.

I'd say don't go largus, if you daily the car alot. I run the tanabes and they are great, the car corners very flat, so much so. I have started to notice the roll of the tire since the suspension has so little give then before. Largus if you are hardcore, or just want to spend $500 on sways. Also think of who uses largus bars, all D1 cars, none of them are very streetable so take that into mind.

any more elaboration on streetability of Largus?
seems like they're becoming very popular now. I remember hearing about them a few years ago but it was rare that anyone was selling them. Now SPL and some advertisers have them for sale, and I'm really starting to think about getting them as my FIRST suspension mod :)

Everyone has thier own level of streetability, these are very streetable. If you are rolling your tires then don't take the corner in such a crazy way. Or get good tires, whats the use of all those mods with crappy tires.

They are sweet but only slightly bigger than tanabe and much more expensive.
I bought tanabes.

There are quite a few more differences than just the size. They are slightly bigger yes. But the difference is relative. Think about the size of the sway bar. 1mm difference is a substantial difference.
Also, construction comes into play quite a bit.
To make it simple...Largus sway bars are the best
Want to ask someone that has them? Perhaps you should have asked around at D1 Irwindale a few weeks ago :p
And for people who are complaining on price, PM me or email

well I run tanabes, but the only reason I didnt go with largus is becuase I couldnt pass up $290 new for both. Anyway they have been awsome to me. The are hollow, so the sizes are kind of irrelevent. The stifness is controled with the inner diamiter of the sway as well as the outer. They are very light. I just need better end links to finish off the set.

They are both hollow, and they both are light.

Ive rode in cars with them and they feel great. I agree with every point KiDyNomiTe says
"I would worry more about coilovers being too stiff than swaybars."

Just some tips for those that are not aware.
S13 and S14 bars seem to be interchangable in the rear, as a friend of mine is running a S13 HICAS rear bar on his S14.
With that in mind, one can run Tanabe S13 front sway bars and S14 rear sway bars to achieve the Largus style stiffness front and rear, but at a lower cost.
Perhaps with that setup, one can run bigger and stiffer sway bars and still be able to use an aftermarket oil pan?

I know R32 fits with s13 and r33 fits with s14. so I doubt s13 and s14 can sway swaybar. when subframes are different along with pickup points. If it were valid, i'm sure many people would have hopped on this by now.

I wanted to get it for my S13 w/ a GReddy oil pan and it will NOT clear the pan. The bar is too thick so we're forced to go Suspension Techniques or Tanabe.

Well the price to me is not an issue. I'm running 9kg front and 7kg rear with 18inch wheels and to me it's very streetable.
Has anyone tried to use these bars in a grip set up, and how did they handle?
How much of a difference did you feel with spherical endlinks?
