WTB : 89 - 92 240sx with blown/dead motor

I am supposed to buy a 89 240sx coupe with blown motor from a person for $500. I have bought a motor already and is coming soon.

I am not sure if he is still selling it to me because he does not respond to my emails. So I am in a search for another 240sx with a blown motor.

Here is what I'm looking for (negotiable)

*89 - 92 240sx
*within 50-100 miles of Los Angeles, California
*price range $0 to $600 (I have $500 on me right now)
*coupe or hatchback
*5 speed manual transmission
*no serious body damage (easy to fix dents)
*primered body would be good but not necessary
*any color
*has good/average interior
*all windows on car. very little cracks acceptable.
*has the transmission... I only bought replacement motor.
*has dead motor still in car
*nothing else missing

Basically a 240sx with a Non working motor. Nothing else missing. with a body that is easy to repair (small dents).
