91 240sx SE Coupe For Trade

I am looking to trade my 91 240sx SE 5speed Coupe for a 91-94 240sx 5speed HB SE or LE.

The Good -

129,000 Miles
Brand new water pump
Brand new thermostat
Brand new slave cylinder
Brand new radiator hoses
Brand new power steering belt
Working heads up display (rare)
Electric sunroof/moonroof
Tinted windows
The motor still runs strong and it shifts smoothly
No cracks on the dash (rare)
No rips or tares on the interior

The Bad -

It will need an new clutch in about 7 or 8 months
There is a small patch of rust next to the sunroof
Some oxidation on the hood and top of the car
Paint chipping off of the spoiler
Some dings in the body

Though there are some bad things, Coupes are hard to find. I prefer trade but if you have a good offer I'll consider selling it.
