Highbeam issue and boost issue on SR20

First i hit my highbeams and the lights turn off,also no highbeam insignia lights up on the cluster when i do. Whats the issue,any ideas?

Second i was inthe canyons today and got on it (stock SR20 beside exhaust,no cat and hks air filter) it bearly touched 6psi and around 5-7k its dropped to 3-4psi,wtf?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
Follow up: Headlight issue is fixed,now just for the boost issue...

boost or vaccuum leak, the stock wastegate settings on a sr t25 is 7 psi (pretty sure)

yeah its around 7.4psi stock,im gonna look around for leaks,any other ideas can help...
