what do you mean by the clutch is too short. Maybe its worn out or time for a new one.
did the car come with any maintinace records?
start with downloading FSM, as most people will suggest
do some regular maintinance on it (never hurts) so you will have point from which to change all fluids, plugs, all the good stuff
interior parts you can ussually find in the FS sect. it just might take a little longer than you would like.

as for the parts, post in the want to buy section and search around junkyards. the clutch may just need to be adjusted, the gear oil in the tranny may be low, and/or the clutch may be worn out, etc. like they said, down load the FSM

Always check the clutch pedal height before looking into problems with the slave cylinder. The FSM should show you how to adjust the pedal.
Usually, if the pedal is set too low, the spring can't use its maximum "returning force" to pull the pedal back up to the proper height. Raising the pedal by adjusting the nut directly before the clutch rod enters the rubber boot (underneath the pedal) should do it.

I have a full sunroof assembly and three or four sets of most of the interior parts, PM me for details.
Clutch, as mentioned check free play at the pedal and both operating cylinders for leakage/wear.

i had the same problem before with the clutch not coming back up all the way and not going in any gears no matter how hard i push it. and my clutch was squeeking i sprayed some wd-40 on the spring for the clutch the squeeking went away. but i think i broke my b&m short shifter when i was trying to push it in a gear now once in a while my pedal wont come back up all the way i just lift it up and it goes in the gear i need to check it out maybe bleed the clutch or read the FSM first
