Eclipse in F&F

The eclipse in the second scene apperantly has 7 gears.  yes 7.  I always wondered why it changed it so many times in that scene.  Looks like the editors did a lowsy job.  Yet another reason why F&F sucks.LOL

yeah, i noticed the 7 gears a year ago when it came out. but whats up with the dissin of the eclipse. its a sweet car and it could probably spank the shit out of 98% of the cars on this forum, not to mention it looks better than most as well. but hey, id still rather put that much money into my 240 instead of an eclipse, they are too common. but dont be hating on it, its obvious your jealous if u do.

i'm hating on it because the damn thing doesn't even have a turbo, and it has those "brake disc look" things, and not real discs. not to mention the scoop on the roof that goes where? the 7 gear thing is just bad editing. the engine, brakes, and scoop, there's just no excuse for it.

EDIT; your logic is faulty badass, just because someone hates on a car or person DOES NOT mean they are jealous. i don't know a single person here that doesn't hate on you, nor do i know a person that is jealous of you. frankly, your best asset is making everyone feel better about themselves.

i dunno... i'm pretty sure i could start naming cars that could kick that car's ass in any kind of race... all cars being owned by members of this forum.

i mean... a non-turbo eclipse with drum brakes.... non-functional bodywork, a wing to take away from traction.... seriously... how much of a handicap do we need???

Yea we used to give John (the original owner) of that car a lot of crap espesially during the shooting of the film....but ya know what he made a lot of money off that car. &nbsp;And yes he knows that it's slow POS but that no longer matters. &nbsp;He made his money, fame and no matter what his car "was the eclipse in FnF."

The car doesn't have 7 gears. When i watched (and counted) i only counted 5... but i hear it has 6.

no, obviously it doesn't have 7 gears. but you can see 5 shifts, and since he started in first that makes 6. then when they go to the view outside the car you can hear another one, making 7. trust me, it's there.

umm its a movie... &nbsp;"tHe RiCE ANd RiDiCuLouS!! HAHAhAHaHahAHAha" yea funny... &nbsp;leave the movie alone i liked it of course its not perfect its not like there is a crew of import tuners directing, staring, and producing it... so leave it alone..

Actually they had "correspondants" from the import scene there to help them out, so some of the stuff that got by them is just dumb. &nbsp;Sucks that 1 year after it came out we still get these gay threads.

When my mom goes shopping I have to whatch my brother, and I stick it in the DVD player so he doesnt destroy the house when Im studying or reading. &nbsp;I have to sit with him, and when that scene came on, Im like "WTF?!?!", and I just put it on here. &nbsp;I havent watched that movie since the first day I got it. &nbsp;(hehe, my brother now knows what a GTR, Supra, Rx7, and 240SX are though) &nbsp;Just letting you guys know.
